Do I need to open an account in order to be a rental customer?
Yes, any rental order placed by a company or individual constitutes a new account. If you are a new customer, please tell our sales person and they can easily set up your information into our system. There is not a process waiting period to open an account.
How reliable is your rental equipment?
Our equipment is carefully tested and inspected by trained technicians. Each rental item passes our highest quality checks to perform like a new product. We back this promise thoroughly. If you are not satisfied with your rental unit or its not functioning correctly, we will happily exchange the unit or offer a different model for your use if it is available.
What if I would like to purchase the equipment I am renting?
If you are interested in purchasing the equipment you rented, simply call your sales person and they can arrange a customized sale for you, if that piece equipment is available for purchase at that time. A credit may be given from the terms of your rental agreement towards your purchase.
Can I rent an item that is not listed on your website?
Yes, please contact our knowledgeable sales people by telephone, contact form or email. They will be happy to help you select the right piece of equipment to complete your job even if what you are looking for is not listed on our web site.
Is the unit calibrated?
Yes, our equipment is tested and calibrated by skilled technicians. Equipment is calibrated to the original manufacturer’s specifications.
